Frans\u0131z ke\u00e7i peynirleri T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki s\u00fcper marketlerde 35\u201340 USD\/kg olarak sat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ke\u00e7i peynirleri; taze yada olgunla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olarak pazarlanmakta ve yar\u0131 yumu\u015fak sert ya da \u00e7ok sert olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Baz\u0131 \u00fclkelerde ke\u00e7i yo\u011furdu meyve ile kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131p farkl\u0131 teknolojiler kullan\u0131larak \u2018\u2019frozen yo\u011furt\u2019\u2019 ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda dondurma benzeri olarak sat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6zelikle kat\u0131 yo\u011furt uzun s\u00fcre dayanmas\u0131 nedeni ile \u00e7ok fazla tercih edilen bir yo\u011furt \u00e7e\u015fididir. \u00dclkemizde de \u00f6zelikle Hatay\u2019da \u00fcretilen y\u00f6resel \u2018\u2019tuzlu yo\u011furt\u2019\u2019 un ham maddesi de ke\u00e7i s\u00fct\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0 Dondurma imalat\u0131n da ke\u00e7i s\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00fclkemiz i\u00e7in \u00f6zel bir \u00f6nemi vard\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00fcn\u00fc \u00fclke s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fm\u0131\u015f \u2018\u2019Mara\u015f dondurmas\u0131n\u0131\u2019\u2019 ham maddesi de yine ke\u00e7i s\u00fct\u00fcd\u00fcr. Ancak yine Avrupa \u00fclkelerinde ve Amerika\u2019da ke\u00e7i eti ve ke\u00e7i eti kullan\u0131larak imal edilen baz\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnler yine olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksek fiyatta sat\u0131labilen l\u00fcks t\u00fcketim maddeleri aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. Paketlenmi\u015f ve i\u015flenmi\u015f olarak sat\u0131lan farkl\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnler internet \u00fczerinden de pazarlanabilmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca Avrupa \u00fclkelerinde Fransa ve \u0130spanya bunlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda gelmektedir. &#8221; Capritos &#8221; ad\u0131 verilen 1 ayl\u0131k ya\u015fta ki s\u00fct o\u011flaklar\u0131 pazarda dana ve kuzu etinden 2\u20133 kat\u0131 y\u00fcksek fiyata sat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.
