Bu yem maddesi ye\u015fil ve b\u00fcy\u00fcme d\u00f6neminde zehirli de\u011fildir. Ancak k\u00fcfl\u00fc yonca t\u00fcketildikten sonra yap\u0131s\u0131nda bulunan kumarin maddesi rumende dikumarol&#8217;e d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. Yonca normal ko\u015fullarda kumarin maddesi kapsar, bu yem maddesi k\u00fcflenme sonucu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. Ta\u015f yoncas\u0131 dikumarinezehirlenmesi olgular\u0131 t\u00fcm herbivorlar\u0131 etkileyebilir. Yaln\u0131z s\u0131\u011f\u0131rlar daha hassast\u0131r. Koyunlar daha az etkilenirler. Bununla beraber rasyonda dikumarol 20-30 10 ppm dikumarol ppm&#8217;den daha az oldu\u011funda kan\u0131n p\u0131ht\u0131la\u015fma zaman\u0131nda \u00f6nemli de\u011fi\u015fiklikler olu\u015fmaz. Kuzu ve danalarda rasyonla al\u0131nan dikumural 2 mg\/kg CA \u00fcst\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda zehirlenme bulgular\u0131 olu\u015fmaya ba\u015flar. Rasyon 60-70 ppm dikumarol i\u00e7erdi\u011finde koyunlarda 17-23 g\u00fcnde hemorajik olaylar meydana gelebilir. Dikumarol vitamin K antogonistidir. Zehirlenmede ruminantlar\u0131n deri alt\u0131nda ve kaslar aras\u0131nda kanamalar meydana gelebilir. Yaralanma ve operasyon gibi olaylarda kan p\u0131ht\u0131la\u015fmaz ve kanama s\u00fcresi uzayabilir. Bu nedenle anemi ve verim d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fckleri olu\u015fabilir. Bu zehirlenmenin \u00fcstesinden gelebilmek i\u00e7in Vitamin K enjekte edilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta\u015f yoncas\u0131n\u0131n balyalanmas\u0131 ve silaj\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131m\u0131 esnas\u0131nda k\u00fcflenmeyi \u00f6nlemek gerekir. Di\u011fer bir alternatif olarak meran\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi \u00f6nerilir.<br>Tedavi: S\u0131\u011f\u0131ra (350-400 kg CA ) 5.000 mg vitamin K3 oral olarak verilebilir. 500 kg CA&#8217;\u0131nda bir s\u0131\u011f\u0131ra 10 g\/g\u00fcn vitamin K verilebilir.
