So\u011fan (Allium angulosum I. allium carinatum I.),<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e. Yabani sar\u0131m\u0131sak (Allium sativum 1.),<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>f. S\u0131\u011f\u0131r ve koyunlar bu sebzeleri ve art\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 yediklerinde hemoliz etkisi meydana gelir. Hemoliz etkilerin meydana gelebilmesi i\u00e7in bunlar\u0131n fazla miktarda ve devaml\u0131 yenmesi gerekir. \u00d6rne\u011fin s\u0131\u011f\u0131rlara g\u00fcnde 10-15 kg miktar\u0131ndaki so\u011fan\u0131n, 3-4 g\u00fcn verilmesi sonucu hemoglobin\u00fcri ve hemolitik anemi g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. Brassica t\u00fcr\u00fc bitkiler kuzularda guatrojenik etki yaparlar. \u00d6rne\u011fin Brassica napus (kolza) bitkisiyle beslenen gebe koyunlar\u0131n kuzular\u0131nda glukosinatlar\u0131n etkisiyle guatr olaylar\u0131 g\u00f6zlenmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu sebzelerin hayvanlara fazla miktarlarda verilmesi i\u015ftah azalmas\u0131, verim d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, salivasyon, rumende atoni, durgunluk, konstipasyon, anemi ve hemoglobin\u00fcri gibi semptomlara neden olabilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mercualin isimli madde salg\u0131layan bitkiler Parten ya da K\u00f6pek lahanas\u0131 (Mercurialis annua), Orman lahanas\u0131 (Mercurialis perenis) hemolitik etkilidirler. Bunlar Do\u011fu Karadeniz b\u00f6lgesi ormanl\u0131k alanlarda bol bulunur.
