Bu ba\u011flamda alternatif yem bitkileri ve silajlar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 g\u00fcndeme gelmektedir. Her ne kadar ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi tohumu (\u00e7ekirde\u011fi) i\u00e7in yeti\u015ftirilse de bir yem kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak da kullan\u0131labilmektedir. Ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi \u00f6ncelikle Amerika ve Rusya olmak \u00fczere d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli b\u00f6lgelerinde silaj \u00fcretimi amac\u0131yla ba\u015far\u0131yla yeti\u015ftirilmektedir. Ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011finin m\u0131s\u0131ra g\u00f6re daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck iklim s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda geli\u015febilmesi ve ekilen tohumlar\u0131n h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015fimi sebebiyle, yeti\u015ftiricili\u011fi de\u011fi\u015fik Avrupa \u00fclkelerinde de ilgi g\u00f6rmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dclkemizde de\u011fi\u015fik iklim \u00f6zellikleri h\u00fck\u00fcm s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden, \u00e7o\u011fu zaman sulama imkan\u0131n\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerde ikinci \u00fcr\u00fcn yeti\u015ftirmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmamaktad\u0131r. \u00dclkemizde ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi ya\u011fl\u0131k ve \u00e7erezlik olarak yeti\u015ftirilmekte olup daha y\u00fcksek verim al\u0131nabilen (ya\u011fl\u0131k, \u00e7erezlik), birinci ve ikinci \u00fcr\u00fcn olarak yeti\u015ftirmeye daha uygun \u00e7e\u015fitlerin elde edilmesi amac\u0131yla \u0131slah \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. B\u00f6lgeden b\u00f6lgeye de\u011fi\u015fmekle birlikte normal ekim d\u00f6nemi bahar aylar\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130kinci \u00fcr\u00fcn ekimlerinde bitki boyu, tabla \u00e7ap\u0131, ya\u011f oran\u0131 ve vejetasyon periyodunda azalmalar olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/veteriner.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/unnamed-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"512\" height=\"237\" src=\"https:\/\/veteriner.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/unnamed-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1439\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veteriner.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/unnamed-2.jpg 512w, https:\/\/veteriner.cc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/unnamed-2-300x139.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi, kura\u011fa toleransl\u0131 olmas\u0131 ve k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede bi\u00e7ime gelmesi nedeniyle sulama imkan\u0131 olmayan yerlerde alternatif silaj bitkisi olarak yeti\u015ftirilebilmektedir. Kurakl\u0131k ve dona kar\u015f\u0131 m\u0131s\u0131ra g\u00f6re daha dayan\u0131kl\u0131 olan ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi, m\u0131s\u0131r\u0131n yeti\u015fmedi\u011fi topraklarda ve iklim ko\u015fullar\u0131nda rahatl\u0131kla yeti\u015febilir. Bu sebeple \u00f6zellikle yar\u0131 kurak ve sert iklime sahip b\u00f6lgelerde m\u0131s\u0131ra alternatif bir silajl\u0131k yem bitkisi olarak de\u011ferlendirilmektedir. Ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011finin bu tip iklim \u00f6zelliklerine sahip b\u00f6lgelerde silajl\u0131k yem \u00fcretimi olarak \u00e7o\u011funlukla m\u0131s\u0131rdan daha \u00fcst\u00fcn oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir. Eski y\u0131llarda yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi silaj\u0131n\u0131n besinsel de\u011ferinin m\u0131s\u0131r silaj\u0131n\u0131n %80&#8217;i d\u00fczeyinde oldu\u011fu belirtilmekteydi. Ancak silaj yap\u0131m teknolojisinin geli\u015fmesine paralel olarak bu oran\u0131n g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde %90-95 d\u00fczeyinde oldu\u011fu yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ortaya konulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi silaj\u0131, m\u0131s\u0131r silaj\u0131na oranla kuru madde esas\u0131na g\u00f6re daha fazla ham protein ve ya\u011f i\u00e7erir. M\u0131s\u0131r silaj\u0131nda genel olarak %8-9 oran\u0131nda ham protein bulunurken, bu oran ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi silaj\u0131nda %10-12 d\u00fczeyindedir. Yine ya\u011fl\u0131k olarak \u00fcretilen ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011finden yap\u0131lan silaj\u0131n ya\u011f oran\u0131 %10-12 iken, m\u0131s\u0131r silaj\u0131n\u0131n ya\u011f oran\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k %2-3 d\u00fczeyindedir. Ya\u011fl\u0131k olmayan ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011finden yap\u0131lan silajlar da m\u0131s\u0131ra g\u00f6re daha fazla ya\u011f i\u00e7erir. Tablo 25&#8217;te d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ve y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeyde ya\u011f i\u00e7eren benzer kuru madde d\u00fczeyine sahip ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi silajlar\u0131n\u0131n baz\u0131 besin maddeleri de\u011ferleri verilmi\u015ftir. Di\u011fer taraftan ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi y\u00fcksek sel\u00fcloz ve lignin d\u00fczeyine sahiptir. M\u0131s\u0131r silaj\u0131 ile k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 1.5-2 kat daha fazla ham sel\u00fcloz, 2-3 kat daha fazla lignin oran\u0131na sahiptir. Lignin ve ya\u011f d\u00fczeyinin y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 nedeniyle ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi silaj\u0131n\u0131n hayvanlara verilme oran\u0131 toplam rasyon i\u00e7inde s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 d\u00fczeyde olmak zorundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Silaj yap\u0131m\u0131 amac\u0131yla iyi geli\u015fen ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi \u00e7e\u015fitleri tercih edilmelidir. Ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi birim alandan y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeyde verim al\u0131nabilen, hayvanlar taraf\u0131ndan sevilerek t\u00fcketilen su bak\u0131m\u0131ndan zengin bir kaba yemdir. Silaj \u00fcretimi amac\u0131yla sel\u00fcloz i\u00e7eri\u011fi daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olan ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla hayvanlar taraf\u0131ndan daha iyi sindirilen \u00e7e\u015fitler geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Baz\u0131 \u00e7erezlik \u00e7e\u015fitlerden silaj \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in iyi sonu\u00e7lar al\u0131nabilmektedir. Silaj i\u00e7in en uygun bi\u00e7im zaman\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7i\u00e7eklenme sonu (\u00e7i\u00e7eklenme tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda) oldu\u011fu ve bu d\u00f6nemde bi\u00e7ilen \u00fcr\u00fcnden istenilen kalitede silaj elde edilebildi\u011fi belirtilmekle birlikte, ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011finden en iyi kalitede silaj elde edebilmek i\u00e7in \u00e7i\u00e7eklenme ba\u015f\u0131nda veya tanelerin s\u00fct olum d\u00f6neminde hasat edilebilece\u011fi ifade edilmektedir. Silaj yap\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in en uygun kuru madde oran\u0131 % 28-40 olarak belirtilmekle birlikte, b\u00fct\u00fcn silaj olu\u015fum a\u015famalar\u0131nda olu\u015fabilecek sorunlar\u0131n en aza indirilebilmesi i\u00e7in kuru madde oran\u0131n\u0131n %35 ve \u00fczerinde olmas\u0131 tavsiye edilir. Yapraklar\u0131n kuru ve kahverengi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015fte olmas\u0131 kuru madde d\u00fczeyi ile ilgili yan\u0131lg\u0131lara sebep olabilir. Taneler tam olgunla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bile t\u00fcm bitki kuru madde oran\u0131 hala %20 d\u00fczeylerinde oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, bu durum ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131<br>bir fermentasyonu engelleyebilir. %30 oran\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda kuru madde i\u00e7eren ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi materyali silajlar\u0131nda genellikle istenmeyen tipte fermentasyon ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Kaliteli bir silaj elde edebilmek i\u00e7in uygun d\u00f6nemde bi\u00e7ilen ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi, yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 cm uzunlu\u011funda par\u00e7alanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011finin sahip oldu\u011fu y\u00fcksek sel\u00fclozun sindirilme derecesini olumsuz etkilemesi, bi\u00e7im d\u00f6neminde kuru madde d\u00fczeyinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131 ve fiziksel yap\u0131s\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 soldurma i\u015fleminin zor olmas\u0131 veya hi\u00e7 yap\u0131lamamas\u0131 silaj yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 zorla\u015ft\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Bu olumsuzluklardan en \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan\u0131 bi\u00e7im d\u00f6neminde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kuru madde d\u00fczeyine sahip olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011finin karma silajlar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131yla belirtilen olumsuzluklar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda giderebilmekte ve daha kaliteli ve besin de\u011feri daha y\u00fcksek silajlar elde edilebilmektedir. Bu ama\u00e7la \u00f6zellikle m\u0131s\u0131r silaj\u0131 gibi kuru madde bak\u0131m\u0131ndan daha y\u00fcksek de\u011fere sahip yemlerle birlikte karma silaj\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 tavsiye edilebilir. Karma silaj yap\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in par\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015f m\u0131s\u0131r, ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi silaj\u0131na eklenerek, 1 k\u0131s\u0131m ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi, 3-4 k\u0131s\u0131m m\u0131s\u0131r olacak \u015fekilde birlikte silolanabilir. Yine iyice ezilmi\u015f kuru yemler, saman ve otlar silaj i\u00e7ine kat\u0131larak ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi silaj\u0131ndaki kuru madde miktar\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131labilir. Di\u011fer yemlerle (m\u0131s\u0131r, yonca, \u00fc\u00e7g\u00fcl gibi) karma silajlar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ile ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi silaj\u0131n\u0131n tad\u0131 hayvanlar i\u00e7in daha iyi hale getirilmi\u015f olur. Ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi silaj\u0131 silolanmam\u0131\u015f haline g\u00f6re hayvanlar taraf\u0131ndan daha sevilerek t\u00fcketilir. Tablo 27&#8217;de ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi ve m\u0131s\u0131r silaj\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fik oranlarda kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak birlikte silolanmas\u0131 ile elde edilen baz\u0131 silaj kalite \u00f6zellikleri ve besin maddeleri sindirilebilirlikleri verilmi\u015ftir. Ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi silaj\u0131 \u00f6zellikle s\u00fct hayvanlar\u0131n\u0131n beslenmesinde \u00f6nemli bir yem kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. De\u011fi\u015fik ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi silaj\u0131 t\u00fcketen s\u00fct ineklerinde s\u00fct ya\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6nemli art\u0131\u015flar g\u00f6zlendi\u011fini, fakat kuru madde t\u00fcketiminin ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi silaj\u0131 t\u00fcketimiyle azald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak s\u00fct veriminde \u00f6nemli d\u00fczeyde d\u00fc\u015fmeler olu\u015ftu\u011funu ortaya \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. S\u00fct veriminde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fler ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi silaj\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksek ya\u011f i\u00e7eri\u011fine ba\u011flanmaktad\u0131r.
